Whether you’re a parent, player, professional, or partner, there’s a role for you in helping us grow the game.
Volunteer Hours Available! Volunteer hours are tracked and verified by NMD staff. Hours can be provided upon request for school or service requirements.

Event & Program Support
Support clinics, camps, tournaments, and community events. From check-in and to on-field coordination, you help create a high-quality experience for every player and family.
Partnerships & Outreach
Help us expand our reach. Connect NMD with schools, clubs, brands, and community organizations to increase access and build meaningful collaborations.
Field Setup Crew
Be part of building the game from the ground up. Help set up fields, goals, and event spaces—creating the environment where everything happens.
Media, Content & Storytelling
Capture and share the movement. Photography, videography, and social content help us grow visibility, attract supporters, and tell the story of NMD.
Refereeing
Be part of the game on the field. Help officiate matches during tournaments and events, keeping play safe, fair, and flowing. Great for players, coaches, or anyone who understands or is willing to learn the game and wants to stay involved.
